John Kinsella brings 30+ years of executive leadership and advising to high-profile retailers in creating differentiated customer experiences, brand creation and development, omnichannel retail management, strength-based strategic execution and facilitating organizational change. He has consulted with over 80 leading retailers and overseen engagements with J. Crew, Anthropologie, Michaels, Home Depot, Cabela’s, Sur La Table, Nike, Harry & David and Patagonia.
Most recently, John was Vice President of Customer Experience Design at Lowe’s, where he designed and implemented customer experiences across key omnichannel touchpoints to better achieve and sustain competitive advantage. John has also held executive-level positions at Urban Outfitters, Williams-Sonoma, Banana Republic and Smith & Hawken. John combines strategy development with omnichannel retail knowledge and industry best practices to ensure practical, effective solutions that incorporate the organization, processes and enhanced technology. John received his BS degree from the University of California, Berkeley and lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
